Note : These recently rediscovered drawings document GRATALOUP’s 1968 explorations of form, movement and transformation. Through the notions of birth, life, contraction and expansion, the artist was already exploring the relationships between organic forms, the human body and geometric construction that would continue to resonate throughout his work.
